There are multiple methods available for managing your account: 1. Independently through our mobile application. 2. Via Windows software using a PC or laptop. 3. Alternatively, you can opt for management through our designated equity traders, each assigned to individual clients.

How do you ensure the security and privacy of my account?

The login credentials for clients are exclusively shared through email, and only the client has access to their personal email account.

How easy is it to switch brokerage providers?

To switch brokers, you just need to open a new account. After setting up the new account, you can transfer custody of your shares by emailing your old broker with the new Sub CDC account number. Your shares will then be transferred to the new brokerage firm.
